Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the apparel is in its original, unwashed condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
